Brantford's history runs longer than its current sign suggests. The doors first opened in 1999, under the name Brantford Charity Casino. The name then changed to OLG Casino Brantford. In May 2018 management passed to Great Canadian, which brought the Elements name along.

Two Elements Rooms With Live Poker

Among the Elements casinos, only Mohawk and Brantford run live poker. Mohawk's room opens Thursday to Sunday, from noon until 4 a.m. the next morning. Each shift runs past midnight, so the Sunday shift ends at 4 a.m. on Monday.

Brantford lists poker Monday to Thursday from noon, closing at 4 a.m. each night. Friday to Sunday, the room is listed from 10 a.m., again closing at 4 a.m. each night. That covers Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, the nights Mohawk has no poker. For a regular on the early-week circuit, that is the case for the drive.

Table games are listed Sunday to Thursday from 10 a.m. until 4 a.m. the next morning. Friday and Saturday hours stretch further, 10 a.m. to 6 a.m. Craps runs daily from noon to midnight. Confirm all of it on the venue page before setting out.
